Default Bad cholesteral

LDL low density lipoprotein is bad cholesterol, it carry cholesterol from liver to arteries of body. HDL high density lipoprotein is the good cholesterol remove cholesterol from body to liver. HDL doesn't have to be lower than 40 because it protect the heart. LDL bad cholesterol not be than 160.

LDL is a protien that carries cholesterol FROM the liver to tissues in the body. LDL has a very important job. It delivers cholesterol to its destination so that cholesterol can do its job making repairs, building healthy cells and making new ones. It also forms steroid hormones so your body can maintain hormonal balance. If LDL cholesterol had a job title, it would be DIRECTOR OF BODY MAINTAINANCE AND ENGINEERING. Its not 'Bad" like marketeers make it out to be. Pick up some human biology books and read. Do some research, and listen to biological truths instead if big Pharma fiction. By the way, Greenland eskimos have very low rates of heart disease and their LDL is 170.
