Lightbulb Low cholesterol

I wanted to know what happens if you don't get enough cholesterol in your diet. I think you're supposed to get no more than 300 mgs a day but I think I get less than 30, maybe even less than 20.

What are side effects of a low cholesterol diet, and how do I find out my level (are there home tests)?

Cholesterol is not an essential nutrient. The body makes sufficient amounts on its own, which is why we're supposed to watch our cholesterol.

Cholesterol IS an essential nutrient. The drug companies want to make sufficient money, which is why we are programmed to watch our cholesterol.
